SOUTHWESTERLY by Lots 87 & 89, as shown on said plan, One Hundred Twenty -

The grantors hereby certify as follows:
We are the sole Trustees of the Linda L. Eburn 2020 Trust, u/d/t dated September 24,
2020;
2. Said trust has not been altered, amended or revoked and is still in full force and effect;
3. All of the beneficiaries of the Linda L. Eburn 2020 Trust, u/d/t dated September 24, 2020
are of full age and legal capacity and none of the beneficiaries is a corporation;
4. We, as Trustees, have been directed by said beneficiaries to transfer the property at 43
Webster Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673 for $1,295,000.00, the consideration recited
in this deed.
We, Linda L. Eburn and William H. Eburn, III, Trustees of the Linda L. Eburn 2020 Trust, u/d/t
dated September 24, 2020; the Grantor named herein do hereby voluntarily release all our rights
of Homestead as set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 188, if any, and there are no other persons entitled
to any such rights.
For title see deed recorded in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 35058, Page 258.
