PETITION #5203: 451 Forest Road, West Yarmouth
At its October 16th, 2025, hearing, the Conservation Commission heard a Request for
Determination of Applicability for proposed seasonal PFAS treatment facilities for wells
10 and 11 within the riverfront area and the buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland.
The commission voted 5-0 approving a motion to issue a Negative 2 and Negative 3
Determination. Therefore, said work does not require the filing of a Notice of Intent,
subject to the following condition: any disturbed areas must be restored by planting native
woodland groundcover. The Determination of Applicability was issued on 10/21/2025.
