The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on December
41 2025, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Keith Vandenakker. 68 Bob-
o -link Lane. After -the -fact
filing for deck expansion
and stairs in coastal bank,
LSCSF, and the buffer zone
to a salt marsh
Richard Pelletier, 188 South
Street. Proposed replace-
ment of seven piles on
existing dock in land under
the ocean and land contain-
ing shellfish.
Notice of Intent
Jian Song, 232 Blue Rock
Road. After -the -fact filing
for a seawall and proposed
float reconfiguration on an
approved dock within
coastal bank, coastal beach,
land under the ocean, land
containing shellfish and
LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
be found within the posted
agenda on the town's

ter at least 48 hours in
advance of the meeting.
