Thanks for letting us know. We only have one comment, please see below:
Replace 3 manholes labelled "Sewer" with manholes labelled "Drain". Based on the
pictures you provided in Laserfiche,1 is in the grass and 2 others are adjacent to a
handicap parking space.

The Conservation Commission will be hearing a request to close out the stormwater
permit SW2021-002 at 125/133 Route 6A this Thursday, 12/4/2025.
If you could please review and let us know if you have any concerns, or suggestions
for ongoing special conditions. We have inspection reports and recent site photos on
record in Laserfiche if needed.
