Dear Ms. DiRienzo & Members of the Conservation Commission:
Please accept this Request for a Minor Modification to the Order of Conditions issued for the
single-family home improvement project at 36 Bentbluff Lane in Yarmouth (the site). The
applicants would like to modify the approved project to relocate the hot tub to the permitted
second floor deck. This relocation proposal would eliminate the need to construct the 10 ft. by
10 ft. hot tub pad. The drywell for hot tub drawdown would remain but be relocated within the
50 to 100 buffer zone.
The purpose of this Request is to confirm that this minor modification does not require the filing
of a new application such as a Request for Amended Order of Conditions and could be
completed administratively. Included with this Request is a revised site plan.
