Dan mentioned they are requesting a variance to reduce the rear setback from 20 feet to 10 feet along the rear property line. We are the abutters to the northwest, or adjacent on the right when facing it from the street. We understand this modification will allow the pool to be placed in a manner that maintains proper access to support safe emergency response if ever necessary. We support the variance for a plunge pool as it should not have any detrimental effect on the neighborhood. We also support all attempts to make the property more of a vacation home for the applicant. Thank you for your time and consideration.
