The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on December
18, 2025, beginning at 5
p.m. for the following
matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability
Robert Kelly, 146 Mayflower
Terrace. Proposed second
floor addition in the buffer
zone to a salt marsh and
coastal bank.
Notice of Intent
Michael Jones, Cape Cod
Hospital, Bayview Bogs.
Proposed ecological
restoration by restoring
tidal flow of former cran-
berry bogs with boardwalks
and sitting areas within
inland bank, BVW, riverfront
area, land under waterbod-
ies, salt marsh, coastal
bank, and LSCSF..
Stephen and Alison
Brinkmann, 361 Great Island
Road. Proposed raze and
replace of a single-family
dwelling in LSCSF and the
buffer zones to a coastal
bank and salt marsh.
James Igoe, 21 Heritage
Drive. Proposed new
construction of a single-
family dwelling and garage
within LSCSF and NHESP
priority and estimated habi-
tat.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
