Site Inspection – Tree Count
Dear Members of the Commission and Staff,
As requested, Meyer and Sons, Inc has conducted a site inspection of the work limit proposed at
21 Heritage Drive, West Yarmouth to evaluate the type and number of trees that are present and
targeted for removal as part of the proposed construction of a single-family dwelling on the
property.
The number and type of trees present are as follows:
- 62 Pitch Pine, diameters varying from 6” to 30”
- 51 White Oak, diameters varying from 4” to 30”
- 36 Eastern Red Cedar, diameters varying from 6” to 20”
- 1 Black Cherry Tree, 6” diameter
