Comments Formal Review Map: 60 Lot: 160 Zone: B11B2 3assil Buildin : Structure and use located in the B1 & B2 zoning district. Building addition will meet all required setbacks, no increase in the non -conformity of the structure. Use requires a Special Permit per 104.3.2 para. 4. Community Development & Planning: The applicant has done a great job making the building look good and it will be < nice addition to this end of Route 28. Design Review: Refer to attached October 21, 2025 Design Review Comment Sheet. Conservation: Work is outside of conservation jurisdiction An ineerin : Proposed site plan does not indicate stormwater is being treated, stored or infiltrated on site. No proposed drainage is shown. Suggest roof surfaces from the addition be handled onsite into leaching structures. Fire: 527 CMR 1 is the fire code, for access and the repair garage is governed by fire code as well. alth: The Health Department will need a septic permit for us to sign off on the building permit. The project and business operation must comply with TOY, BOH Regulations, handling and storage of toxic or hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, 150% volume secondary containment of all toxic or hazardous materials. On the site plan dated 10-1-25 please revise all references to the term "tight tank" to nonhazardous industrial wastewater holding tank and container construction, operation and record keeping requirements. Please consult with the town plumbing inspector to ensure the floor drain, line and holding tank system complies with plumbing code Water: Not present. Read & Received by Applicant(s)
