Dear Ms. Naoom,
The Yarmouth Conservation Commission has reviewed the location and determined that the dock at
the end of Tide Lane on the Parker’s River in Yarmouth has been in place since 1971 and thus
predates the Wetlands Protection Act. Therefore, it does not require permitting or filing at this time.
However, any significant repair, modification or replacement of the dock in the future will require
permitting with the Conservation Commission prior to commencement of work.
