6. General Project Description:
The proposed project includes site clearing, regrading, and tree removal,
construction of a new liquefied natural gas (LNG) tank adjacent to an existing tank
and associated infrastructure, a new paved perimeter access road, new fencing, and
a comprehensive stormwater management system. The stormwater management
system includes catch basins, trench drains, drain manholes, stormwater treatment
units, sediment forebays and an infiltration basin. The design has been prepared in
accordance with the Town's Stormwater Management Regulations, and the
recommendations in the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection
(MassDEP) Stormwater Handbook.

the requirements of the Yarmouth Stormwater Management Regulations in writing by hand delivery or
certified mail (return receipt requested) to all abutters within 100 feet of the property line of the project
location.
