OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, December 8, 2025 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right andlor requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https://If.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.asox?id=904379&repp=LA ERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

paint front clapboards, trim, and doors at I I Apache Drive
2. 25-A173 Julie Kelley (Owner) and Chris Renaud (Agent): To install a porch over the front door at 12
Plymouth Road
3. 25-A174 Paul Messier (Owner) and Barry Hall (Agent): To install 3 new skylights and replace two rear
roof sections at 24 Thacher Shore Road
4. 25-A175 Lesperance Nicole TRS Lynn Lesperance IRR TRST (Owners) and Sand Dollar Customs LLC
(Agent): To replace windows at 59 Freeman Road
5. 25-A176 Arthur Nichols (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 27 solar panels on
the front and side roofs at 10 Hummock Lane
6. 25-A177 Allyson Boske (Owner) and Trinity Solar LLC (Agent): To install 16 solar panels on the front
roof at 28 Winsome Road

Powerwall 3 and back up gateway at 22 Apache Drive
