DECISION 0 The petitioner requested approval and/or a special permit from the Board of Appeals to allow an existing building to remain permanently as indoor recreation consisting of coin operated recreational devices. Said building with recrea- tional devices were allowed by Board of Appeals in decision #1557, in 1979, with a two year review by the Board. Property " is known as Bass River.Sports World, and is located on Route 28, South Yarmouth, Mass., and shown as Parcel W3 on Assessors map #35, being in the Highway Commercial District. Members of Board of -Appeals present: Thomas George, Myer Singer, Morris I. Johnson, Herbert Renkainen and David Oman It appearing that notice of said hearing has been given by sending notice thereof to the petitioner and all those owners of property deemed by the Board to be affected thereby and that public notice of such hearing having been given by pub- lication in the Yarmouth Stan on June 10 and June 17, 1981, the hearing was opened and held on the date first above written.
