of the General Laws, as amended, notice is hereby given by
the Board of Appeals of the Town of Yarmouth of the approval
of a petition by Anthony Nickinello for a Golf Driving Range
and Miniature Golf Course on route 28, Bass River, and being
i the premises shown on the Yarmouth assessors' map 36-Al and
ti as imore fully set forth in a decision in case #512 on which
' a hearing was held September 1, 1960 and decisic: filed with
the Yarmouth Town Clerk on September 29, 1960. !

The premises are also shown on a plan entitled "Subdivision

of Plan of Land in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts for
±� Gilbert H. Studley, Jr." dated Jule, 1960, by Gerald A.Mercer
& Co., Inc., engineers, South Yarmouth, Massachusetts.
The owner; of the land at the time said decision was filed with

the Town Clerk were Gilbert Studley and Sarah Studley, Yarmouth,
Massachusetts and the present owner of said land is Anthony 1
Nickinello, 71 Pine Street, Natick, Massachusetts.
