In order to prevent accidents and the transmission of disease through pool wateri the Town of yarmouth Health
Department implements the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's State Sanitary Code 105 CMR 435. This
is performed through annual inspection and licensing of all public and semi-public swimming pools.
