Grew Jr. for 353 Weir Road, Yarmouth Port, MA, Assessor Map 126, Parcel 42.1.1, located in the R40 and APD Zoning Districts. The ANR Plan creates a non-buildable lot from a portion of 353 Weir Road for conveyance purposes. The submission was complete and included the required fee, Form A, ANR Plan, and the appropriate number of copies. The ANR Plan is entitled, “Plan of Land in Yarmouth Port, MA Being a Division of Lot 1 as shown on Plan Book 649 Page 75 prepared for Thomas A. Grew Jr.”. The Plan was prepared by John Z. Demarest Jr., Demarest Land Surveying, and is dated and stamped December 30, 2025. This application was received on December 23, 2025, and a decision is required by January 12, 2026 to remain within the 21-day statutory requirements. This project has been placed on the Planning Board Meeting Agenda for January 7, 2026. Planner Suggestion: Recommend the Planning Board make a motion to endorse ANR Plan #2487L prepared by Demarest Land Surveying and dated December 30, 2025.
