Project Description: To permit and maintain existing fixed pier, ramp, pilings, wall and
float modifications within existing footprint. Fixed pier was originally licensed in 1992,
with subsequent float modifications. New float to conform to current regulations (< 200
sf), replacing existing floats. Piling re-location proposed to accommodate smaller float.

NOTIFICATION DATE: January 9, 2026
Public notice is hereby given of the application for Certification to the General License by
Journeys Investments LLC to permit/maintain a pier, ramp, wall, float modifications and
pilings in the waters of Bass River at 232 Blue Rock Road, South Yarmouth, Barnstable
County.
The Yarmouth Planning Board will consider all written comments on this Waterways
application received within 30 days of the "Notification Date".
Project plans and documents for this application are on file with theYarmouth Planning
Board. Written comments must be addressed to: The Yarmouth Planning Board. Please
