Dear sir/madam:
This email is in reference to the above property re a second and third floor addition with a 3rd floor deck.
We are the neighbors directly next door located at 143 Run Pond.
We feel that a 3rd floor deck addition would be in invasion of our privacy as it will be significantly taller than our
property and will overlook our entire back yard as well as our deck off of our first floor- Visual Intrusion.
Perhaps there is an error/typo on the notice we received, and this deck is actually being installed off of the main
1 st floor?
If that is the case, we have no issue with a first floor deck but again, 3rd or even second floor would be looking
directly in our yard, and we would have absolutely no privacy.
Thank you for considering our concerns.
Normally we would reach out directly to our neighbor, but due to previous negative interactions, we feel that he
would not be receptive to our concerns.
