The Order of Conditions was issued on April 13, 2022. The project appears to be in substantial compliance with the order of conditions with the exception of the front and rear stoop. The front stoop is a little bigger and the rear stoop is a little smaller than depicted on the approved plan. Additionally a shed was built on the rear of the property. The dwelling was also constructed in compliance with the flood zone requirements of 2005.
