In May 2022, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the renovation and expansion of an existing single-family dwelling. A site visit was made in December 2025. All work has been completed, and the site was found to be in substantial compliance with the approved Site Plans with only minor deviations observed. Small walkways were added to connect the new driveway with the front steps. The gravel drip edge to infiltrate roof runoff extends beyond the roofline in the rear of the dwelling, but this results in a reduction of lawn area from the approved plans, and this area is also used as a planting bed. And the rinse station was moved from the driveway area to a previously disturbed portion of the site on the East side resulting in the retention of significant vegetation compared to its approved location. An as -built site plan and photos are enclosed for review. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
