The Applicant is seeking to reconfigure the existing Wicked Waves Waterpark by
relocating the inflatable rides to the former Salty's property, which will be incorporated
into the Park, and adding conforming height water rides in place ofthe current
inflatables' location in order to enhance guest experience without increasing capacity.
The Applicant is requesting a new or amended special permit in accordance with Section
205.5 - Use Regulations Nl I and Section 104.3.2 ofthe Yarmouth Zoning By-Law and
M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 6, in order to complete the work as shown on the submitted
plans.
