COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on January 15,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Long Pond Holdings, LLC,
236 Long Pond Rd. Proposed
Title 5 septic system
upgrade to replace existing
cesspools in the buffer zone
to a pond.
Request to Amend an Order
of Conditions
Irene Holmes, 1 Parsonage
Point. Proposed in grade
stairs in the buffer zone to a
BVW and NHESP habitat.
Notice of Intent
Paul and Nancy Cruz, 4 Glen-
wood St. Proposed deck
expansions, addition, shed,
sand nourishment, and inva-
sive species management in
the velocity flood zone and
buffer zones to a salt marsh
and coastal bank.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
