Hello Brittany,
Mr. Simmons has communicated to BSC that the plantings were completed by
Paragon Landscape Construction, Inc. in April of 2024. This is the same company
that did the initial plantings on the bank as well.

Attached here is a request for certificate of compliance for completed work at 2
Channel Point Drive in Yarmouth. I will coming by to drop off a hard copy along with
a $150 check for the RCOC filing fee (2nd request).
