BRAVO, Trustee of the William A. Bravo Revocable Trust - Petition #5206 REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE Dear Mr. Igoe: As you know, this office represents William A. Bravo, Trustee of the William A. Bravo Revocable "Crust in the request for a Special Permit to allow for the razing and replacing of a single family dwelling of the property at 147 Run Pond Road, South Yarmouth. Hearing on this matter is scheduled for Thursday, January 8, 2026. We have had ongoing communications about the project, and have factored the current neighborhood opposition to this proposed dwelling. Additional time will be needed to confer with my client's architects, builder, and the Yarmouth Building Department. As such, I am requesting a continuance to the February 12, 2026 hearing in order to secure clarity on changes to the plan.
