My name is John Fox and my wife Carolyn Fox and I own the property at 181 Seaview Ave.
I am writing to you to express our support for the petition 5209 that you will be reviewing on January 8
that our neighbors Vitaly Bulgakov and Marina Bulgakova of 177 Seaview have submitted for Special
Permit/Variance to increase the height of their home.
Vitaly and Marina have been great neighbors and have constantly upgraded their property and
consequentially enhanced the value of the surrounding properties and neighborhood. We feel that this
plan will be a significant improvement to their property as well as providing a great enhancement to
the neighborhood.
Please approve their petition and let us know if there is any additional feedback that will be useful to
you in consideration of this project
