Brief Project Description: Redevelopment of a previously developed commercial property
as multi -family housing with six (6) units, which will be located within three duplex
buildings. Access to the site is from Route 28. The existing curb cut will be reconfigured
and realigned. The proposed buildings will be constructed in accordance with FEMA regulations
