The existing curb cut will be reconfigured andrealigned. The proposed buildings will be constructed on pilings and raised above the FloodZone, in accordance with FEMA regulations. Each unit will have one (1) parking spacelocated under the building. A paved connection to Mermaid Lane at the southern end of thesite will be provided for emergency use only and controlled by a locked gate with Knox Box.The project will also require new utility services (including connection to the municipal sewer),stormwater management and landscaping.
