The unit is a shop space that will be used primarily for storage, but we may occansionally assemble a vanity or bookshelf inside the shop. There will be no chemicals used or stored inside the shop, except for small amounts of household/bathroom cleaning products, as specified on the Hazardous Materials checklist submitted to the Health Department. All cabinetry is finished on the job site, and very minimal sawdust will be produced. Please let me know if you have any questions.
