Dear Mark,
Ferullo Remodeling Inc is to become a new tenant at 389 White's Path, Unit C. The
unit is a shop space that will be used primarily for storage, but we may occansionally
assemble a vanity or bookshelf inside the shop. There will be no chemicals used or stored
inside the shop, except for small amounts of household/bathroom cleaning products, as
specified on the Hazardous Materials checklist submitted to the Health Department. All
cabinetry is finished on the job site, and very minimal sawdust will be produced.
