I was unable to complete a full inspection of the
property as the tenant said she had forgot I was
coming but did allow me some access. (I had
confirmed the day of with the landlord) Meets
105 CMR 410.000: MINIMUM STANDARDS OF
FITNESS FOR HUMAN HABITATION (STATE
SANITARY CODE, CHAPTER II). Please see below
for findings.

Present as required. *One smoke/CO detector
near the far bedroom was not properly mounted
at the time of inspection. The tenants caretaker
stated this will be corrected. All smoke/CO
detectors observed were of the same type,
which could not be verified by the inspector as
meeting required standards. The OWNER shall
verify that all installed smoke and carbon
monoxide detectors are approved, properly
installed, and compliant with applicable
requirements.
