Y` /,Y b,�q December 15, 2025 David Aronson Director,Yarmouth Town Libraries 312 Old Main St. Yarmouth,MA 02664 RE: Proposed Public Library- 1175 Route 28, South Yarmouth Dear David, I have reviewed the schematic plans for the proposed new library. The plans include a floor plan to help in determining occupancy load and parking layout plan to indicate existing and proposed parking. The library use is a P10 - Municipal Use in Table 202.5 in the Town of Yarmouth Zoning Bylaw. This use is allowed and will not require any relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals. Occupancy loads as identified in 780 CMR Table 1004.1.2 provide guidance on meeting the requirements of the zoning bylaw, Section 301.5 Table of Parking Demand. Based on the information provided, 80 new spaces are enough to satisfy the parking need for this use. Should there be increased parking demands in the future, locations for additional parking have been identified. If there is any additional assistance I can provide,please let me know.
