Hi Kathy, I inspected 63 Thacher Shore this afternoon and I have no objections to the
waiver requests including the elimination of the swales. The culvert pipe also looked
clear of debris

Hi Amanda,
I am having the public hearing this evening on 63 Thacher Shore Road. Please see the
attached Planner Report with photos and submittal materials. It would be helpful if you
could take a quick look and let me know if you concur that they don’t need to install the
swales/check dams so I can relay to the Planning Board.
