TOWN OF YARMOUTH SWIMMING POOL CODE(S):
In order to prevent accidents and the transmission of disease through pool water, the Town of Yarmouth Health
Department implements the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's State Sanitary Code 105 CMR 435. This
is performed through annual inspection and licensing of all public and semi-public swimming pools.

This Certificat€ affirms that the specified premises, structure, or portion thereot has met the necessary conditions includang any
inspections r€quired at the time of assuance.
It must be framed or laminated and prominently displayed in a clearly visible location within the approved premrses.
