This is in response to a post card we received regarding petition 5211: Filipe Costa, 33 Swift Brook Road, South
Yarmouth, MA. Regarding a variance from S203.5 for front setback relief.
We were contacted as an abutter. My address is 138 Captain Noyes Road, South Yarmouth MA 02664.
have observed the porch and it is very attractive, as is the home. I have no objection to this improvement to the
property. Thankyou Mr. costa for beautifying the neighborhood.
