As you know, this office represents William A. Bravo, Trustee of the William A. Bravo
Revocable Trust in the request for a Special Permit to allow for the razing and replacing of a single
family dwelling of the property at 147 Run Pond Road, South Yarmouth. Hearing on this matter
was originally scheduled for Thursday, January 8, 2026, but was continued to February 12, 2026,
At this time, my client has authorized me to request that this petition be withdrawn without
