Description of Proposed Work:
Raise side door (left of garage doors) to the same level as the existing garage doors to improve drainage at that
door. Replacing existing roof shingles with certainteed shingles to match existing house shingles- Peter Grey, GAF.
Replace existing rotting cupola with a new smaller, proportional sized cupola in same style, existing fish finial to be
utilized on top.
