Condominium situated in Yarmouth (Bass River), Barnstable County, Massachusetts 02664, Post

Condominium having been created by a Master Deed dated May 24, 1977 and recorded on may
26, 1977 in Book 2516, Page 253, as amended in accordance with and subject to the provisions
of Chapter 183A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Said Unit is
conveyed together with a 4.856 percentage undivided interest in the common areas and facilities

Said Unit is shown on the plans of the said Condominiums entitled "Pilgrim Acres Village
Condominium" by Southern Vermont Engineering, Inc., dated April 26, 1977, recorded with said
Deeds in Plan Book 312, Page 95-96, a copy of a portion of which (bearing the verified
statement of a registered engineer required by Section 9 of Chapter 183A of the General Law of
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts) is recorded in said Deeds in Book 2511, Page 030, to
which Master Deed and Plan reference is hereby made for a further and more particular
description of the Unit and interest appurtenant thereto.
Subject to and with the benefit of all easements, rights, and other matters as set forth in said

p;, it Said Unit is subject to all rights, rights of way, restrictions, reservations, conditions, covenants,
easements and encumbrances of record, insofar as the same are still in force and applicable.
The Grantors representing under the pains and penalties of perjury, do hereby release any and all
rights of Homestead in and to the premises conveyed hereby and warrant and represent that there
are no persons entitled to any rights of Homestead under MGL c.188 in the premises conveyed
by this deed.
