QUITCLAIM DEED
We, GREGOR MITTERSINKER and BIRGIT LEITNER-MITTERSINKER, husband and
wife, both of Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island, for consideration paid in the
sum of One Dollar ($1,00), hereby grant to GREGOR MITTERSINKER, Trustee or his
successor as Trustee of The Gregor Mittersinker Trust - 2025 dated September 30, 2025,
an undivided one-half (112) interest in and to the following described real estate and grant to
BIRGIT LEITNER-MITTERSINKER, Trustee or her successor as Trustee of The Birgit
Leitner-Mittersinker Trust - 2025 dated September 30, 2025, an undivided one-half (112)
interest in and to the following described real estate, as tenants in common, both with a
mailing address of 109 Benevolent Street, Providence, RI 02906, with quitclaim covenants; '
The real property located in the Town of Yarmouth, County of Barnstable and
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as further described in Exhibit attached hereto.
Subject to restrictions and encumbrances of record.
Meaning and intending hereby to describe and convey the same premises conveyed to
these grantors by deed from Gregor Mittersinker and Birgit Leitner-Mittersinker, recorded in
Deed Book 18470, Page 250 in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on April 20, 2004.
We further certify that no spouse, civil union partner, former spouse or former civil
union partner resides in the property as their primary residence and that no such person Is
entitled to claim the benefit of an existing estate of homestead.
