Meaning and intending hereby to describe and convey the same premises conveyed to these grantors by deed from Gregor Mittersinker and Birgit Leitner-Mittersinker, recorded in Deed Book 18470, Page 250 in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on April 20, 2004. We further certify that no spouse, civil union partner, former spouse or former civil union partner resides in the property as their primary residence and that no such person Is entitled to claim the benefit of an existing estate of homestead.
