We, Altagrace Korine Sybile Souverain, unmarried, of 2792 Valiant Drive, Clermont, FL
34711 and Junior Emmanuel, unmarried, of 78 Weir Road, Yarmouth, MA 02675 for
consideration paid and in full consideration of One Dollar and 001100 ($1.00) hereby grant to
Altagrace K. Souverain, Unmarried and Tony Oscar, Married, both of 2792 Valiant Drive,
Clermont, FL 34711, Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship
with 011ITCLAIM COVENANTS
the land together with the buildings thereon, located at 78 Weir Road, Yarmouth (Port),
Barnstable County, Massachusetts, more particularly being LOTS 44, 45, 46 and 47 shown on a
plan titled "Cullen Acres, Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Mass, for Joseph W. Cullen,
March 23, 1956" duly recorded with Barnstable County deeds in Plan Book 129, Page 147, and
said lots are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
LOT 44:
NORTHEASTERLY by Lots 43 and 45 as shown on said plan, there measuring 100 feet more
or less;
SOUTHEASTERLY by Lot 46 as shown on said plan, there measuring 100 feet more or less;
SOUTHWESTERLY by the side -line of Great Western Road, also known as Weir Road, there
measuring 100 feet more or less; and
NORTHWESTERLY by Lot 42 as shown on said plan, there measuring 100 feet more or less.
Containing 10,000 square feet more or less.
LOT 45:
NORTHEASTERLY by Katharyn Michael Road, so-called, there measuring 85 feet more or
less;
SOUTHEASTERLY by Lot 47 as shown on said plan, there measuring 100 feet more or less;
SOUTHWESTERLY by Lots 44 and 46 as shown on said plan, there measuring 85 feet more or
less; and
NORTHWESTERLY by Lot 43 as shown on said plan, there measuring 100 feet more or less.

Being the same premises conveyed by deed recorded on October 15, 2021 in the Barnstable
District Registry of Deeds in Book 34574, Page 329.
Meaning and intending to confirm the deed recorded with the Barnstable Registry
of Deeds in Book 36405, at Page 231, with which was omitted a signature page of the
Grantor.
