Together with all our right, title and interest in the land between the above -described lot and the
low water mark of said Mill Creek.
Subject to any and all restrictions of record, insofar as the same are now of legal force and effect.
The Grantor waives their Homestead rights in the premises and certifies that there are no other
persons entitled to any homestead rights in the premises.
