COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; and the Town
of Yarmouth Stormwater
Management Bylaw, Chapter
145 on February 5, 2026,
beginning at 5 p.m. for the
following matters:
Stormwater Management
Application
Boston Gas Company DBA
National Grid, 127 Whites
Path. Proposed tree
removal, regrading, and
paving for construction of a
new Liquefied Natural Gas
(LNG) Tank and associated
infrastructure.
Notice of Intent
Christian Hayes, Cape Cod
Bay off Lone Tree Creek.
Proposed aquaculture farm
in land under the ocean,
land containing shellfish,
tidal flats, and NHESP habi-
tat.
Scott Peterson, 10 & 20
Susan Road. Proposed bank
stabilization using coir fiber
rolls and invasive tree
removal in coastal bank and
LSCSF.
Angela Cosenzi, 29 Lewis
Bay Blvd. Unit 6. Proposed
raze and replace of a
dwelling within LSCSF and
the buffer zones to a coastal
bank and beach.
Joseph Amorello, 56 Pleas-
ant Street. Proposed bulk-
head replacement on a
coastal bank, LSCSF and
riverfront area.
Harbor Haven Assoc. Inc., 26
Grandview Drive. Proposed
drainage improvements,
beach nourishment, and
sand berm on a coastal
beach, LSCSF, and riverfront
area.
Richard and Carol Dove, 22
Driftwood Lane. Proposed
retaining wall reconstruc-
tion and regrading in coastal
bank, riverfront area, and
the buffer zone to a salt
marsh.
Town of Yarmouth, Headwa-
ters of Bass River, 110 Weir
Rd. Proposed ecological
restoration including cran-
berry bog and stream
restoration, removal of tidal
restrictions and water
control structures, under-
sized culvert replacement,
and public access compo-
nents in BVW, salt marsh,
riverfront area, land under
waterbodies, coastal bank,
and LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
