Dear Members of the Board,
am a neighboring property owner residing at 36 Locust Street, and I am writing to express my full support for the variance request
submitted by Gregor Miltersinker and Birgit Leitner-Miftersinker for the property located at 27 Locust Street.
After reviewing the proposed plans for the garage addition, I do not believe the project will have any negative impact on the
surrounding properties. It will not obstruct views, reduce privacy, or alter the overall character of the neighborhood. On the contrary,
the improvements appear thoughtful and well integrated into the existing context of our community.
For these reasons, I respectfully encourage the Board to approve this request.
