of abandoned former cranberry bogs in the headwaters ofthe Bass River in Yarmouth as well as
the replacement of the culvert under Weir Road. While most of the work will occur within Town
property, a portion of the work is proposed for the parcel listed below (see image below, work
within the red polygon). The work to be completed on this parcel includes replacing the existing
culvert, reconstructing the stream channel, and filling in ditches. By signing this document, the
property owner agrees to the activities proposed at this location.

The Town of Yarmouth, in collaboration with the Friends of Bass River, propose the restoration
of abandoned former cranberry bogs in the headwaters of the Bass River in Yarmouth as well as
the replacement of the culvert under Weir Road. While most of the work will occur within Town
property, a portion of the work is proposed for the parcel listed below (see image below, work
within the orange polygon). The work to be completed on this parcel includes temporary impact
and reconstruction of the drlveway due to the road and guardrail reconstruction. lngress and
egress will be maintained for the landowner throughout construction. By signing this document,
the property owner agrees to the activities proposed at this location.

existing culvert, reconstructing a new crossing, replacing the utility line that is within this
earthen berm, and filling in ditches. The path will remain following construction. By signing this
document, the property owner agrees to the activities proposed at this location.
