Dear Ms. DiRienzo,
Please accept this Request for a Certificate of Compliance on behalf of our client, Valentina Karcha,
for the project authorized in the Order of Conditions (DEP File #SE 083-2310) for the completed work
at 52 Wilfin Road in Yarmouth (the Site). The completed work was issued an Order of Conditions on
December 23rd, 2021 and expires on December 23rd, 2026. Construction and an as-built survey were
completed in September 2022. The approved project consisted of the razing and replacement of a
single-family home. This project has been completed in significant compliance with the order of
conditions verified by a site visit in Summer 2025 with some exceptions.
1.) A fire pit is set on the grass area within the buffer area.
2.) Mitigation plantings have been constantly eaten by animals and new wire fencing around
individual plants has been installed in the short term
3.) A paver patio has been installed at the rear of the house at the edge of the 50’ and 100’ buffer
4.) Outside the 100’ buffer and with the LSCSF a gravel parking area has been installed, a walkway
has been installed that is in and out of the 100’ buffer and fencing was installed along the side
lines where there was previous fencing.
5.) A deck area between the 50’ and 100’ buffer is roofed, open and has railings on its sides.
