above -referenced Stormwater Management Permit have been satisfactorily completed. The project
areas or work subject to this partial certification that have been completed and are released from this
Stormwater Management Permit are:
❑ Invalid Stormwater Management Permit: It is hereby certified that the work regulated by the
above -referenced Stormwater Management Permit never commenced. The Stormwater
Management Permit has lapsed and is therefore no longer valid. No future work subject to
regulation under the Town of Yarmouth Stormwater By -Law may commence without filing a new
Stormwater Management Permit Application and receiving a new Stormwater Permit.
® Ongoing Conditions: The following conditions of the Stormwater Management Permit shall
continue: (Include any conditions contained in the Stormwater Management Permit, such as
maintenance or monitoring that should continue for a longer period).
