PETITION #5215: 6 Chilton Road, West Yarmouth
At its November 20th, December 4th and December 18th, 2025, hearings, the Conservation
Commission heard a Notice of Intent for the proposed raze and replace of a single-family
dwelling in LSCSF and the 35-foot buffer to a coastal bank and beach. The Commission
issued the Order of Conditions for SE83-2503 on 1/6/2026. The approved plan set titled
Site Plan #6 Chilton Road, 2 Sheets, was last revised on December 8th, 2025.
