with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS
The land with the buildings and improvements thereon known as 452 Main Street, West Yarmouth,
Barnstable County, Massachusetts, described as follows:

Massachusetts" duly recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 330 Page 24.
The Grantor has not been and shall not be treated as a corporation for purposes of federal income
taxation.
