the Orthopedic X-ray • suite in ' South Yarmouth, MA. The design is
based upon the revised 'information that was provided to me,
and the As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) radiation
'protection principle. •Th.e design meets the rules and
recommendations of the Massachusetts1 Department Public Health,
Office Radiation Control and the NCRP Report No. 49. Please read
the notes on the shielding form.
