Dear Dr. Boyd:
This letter is to inform you that you have been scheduled for the Board
of Health meeting on Monday, January 25, 1988, at 6:45 p.m. in the
lower meeting room, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. At this time, the Board will review your request for operation
of an x-ray suite and a laboratory in view of compliance with the Town
of Yarmouth General By-Law, Chapter 90, Handling and Storage of Toxic
and Hazardous Materials. It is required that either yourself or a
representative be present for this meeting.
If you have any questions concerning this letter, please feel free
to call this office. My office hours are 9 - 11 a.m. daily.
