This letter serves to notify you that on May 27 , 1999 , I
verified the soils as suitable at the referenced location.
On the following day, May 28, 1999, I inspected the in-
stallation of the septic system. It was found that the
work had been performed in compliance with 310CMR 15 .000,
the approved engineered plan and all local requirements .
