CONSERVATION
COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on February
19, 2026, beginning at 5
p.m. for the following
matters:
Notice of Intent
Town of Yarmouth, Grove
Street. Proposed stormwa-
ter retrofit project including
pavement removal, biore-
tention area, and treatment
of invasive species in LSCSF,
coastal dune and its buffer
zone, and riverfront area.
Richard and Carol Dove, 22
Driftwood Lane. Proposed
reconstruction of a retaining
wall and fill in coastal bank,
riverfront area, and the
buffer zones to a salt marsh
and coastal bank.
Bass River Property LLC, 222
Pleasant Street. Proposed
reconstruction and raising
of an existing pier on
coastal beach, land under
the ocean, land containing
shellfish, salt marsh, and
LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can

meeting.
